The Rower arrived as advertised and delivery was fine. Assembly was straight forward, final rail bolt pin hole did not line up but no matter. Initially the rowing rate counter did not read correctly but has improved with more use. Overall the rower performs more than adequately for what I need, that being a good mid-range exercise. The paint is flaking off. Even when unpacking. Good for a home gym, but the setting between light and heavy isn't much good. Product registration on the homepage does not work. If you are looking for an inexpensive rowing machine for your own gym and have no high demands, you can't go wrong with it
