My daughter said this saved her so much time for her Multivariable Calculus and Physics C classes comparing with the TI-84 she had. Also is much better than TI-89 because you can save files and there is a trackpad, easier to use interface- color screen, text more readable, and rechargeable battery. Graphing and programming capabilities and windows software so you can write programs on the computer and transfer them over. Complicated but well thought out so it is relatively easy to pick up.
