Compact with an Excellent Arrangement of Options
3000% better than just using standard laptop speakers even though for now i'm listening through a set of Head Phones until i can afford a stereo to plug it into. Lots of choices to tweak for your own listening pleasure as i've really only scratched the surface so to speak in using all the options available, even with DJ Headphones one notices the difference in sound. Will have to wait until i get surround speakers for a more in depth review. Sound Card can get hot over time not sure if it is the same if you have it turned up very loud. I like the endless rotary knob for volume, push button on/off. It comes boxed with 3 or 4 (can't remember which), cords and an adapter for larger sockets all gold plated. I thought the packaging was a little over the top as the inside of the box is done in a suede like material. I would have liked a click on click off plastic surround with screws to mount it somewhere out of the road of other peripherals but still able ease of access to the unit and still see the light(s) illuminating from it.
