Improved and comfortable
Much more comfortable that the original ear buds/pods. The charging is convenient and fairly quick although they do not last as long as I thought they would so that feature of quick charging is a necessity. I use predominantly for phone calls. Faulty
First of all it doesn’t function properly and it’s totally random. It’s like sometime one earbuds works other one doesn’t. Even though it’s not ran out of charge. And the second thing is the sound quality which is pretty bad. It cracks the audio especially when you lower the volume. Great features, comfortable and easy to use, but I do not feel like it's worth it at full price.
I wanted to buy AirPods and was tossing up between the Airpods Gen 2 and AirPods Pro. I really liked the features of the AirPods Pro but I was skeptical about the fact that a part of the earbud goes into the ear, because earbuds that goes into the ear usually hurts my ear after about 10-20mins. However, this is not the case with AirPods Pro. They are comfortable, easy to use and have good features. I do not think that AirPods Pro is worth the $400 price-tag though considering you can get better headphones or earphones for the same price, so try to get them on sale/at a discounted price if possible.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Absolutely impressed - exceeded my expectations of earbud headphones
Having been tied into the Android universe for a while, I decided to move across to iPhone. I have found the device to be incredibly intuitive, so when it came to headphones, I purchased some Airpod Pro's. I have been really impressive. Everything just works perfectly. Really easy Bluetooth sync and awesome active noise cancellation and spatial processing. They don't sound as good as my Sony XM3's, but they are comfortable, fit well and charge up quickly in the case. Battery life is excellent, volume is more than adequate and call quality is really great - at both ends. The charging case can tend to get scratched easily, so I purchased a cheap silicon cover which works perfectly. A few bucks only on Ebay. A worthy investment. Overall just great.
Just really good earphones. The earphones are just really light sometimes I forget Ive got them in my ears, and the noise cancelling is really really good. For anyone buying these, don't get them at full price, it's a scam. You will be much better off getting them like I did.
