    Really showed me that steam is the way to clean

    Love this it cleans up messes from two boy cats and more. Leaves a fresh scent which the boys do not like they rather smell their cat scent. I love the easy to use machine and that it really showed me that it cleans up very well. My local store placed all their pads on clearance for $2.99 for 20 pads. I bought out the whole store on these pads 10 packages. I use my Swiffer /Bissell machine every other day cleaning up the boy cats messes. there is a warning to keep pets and children away from this machine since it uses steam. One of the boy cats loves to watch me clean using this and is fascinated by the steam coming out of the machine. I have to place the boys in a safe zone when using it. The first time I used the machine I used 6 pads for 5 rooms. the pads were very dirty even though I hand washed the floor the night before. The steam really cleans much better. I used two pads alone in the litter box bathroom since the pad was blacken by the cats litter and other animal messes (hairballs). I love my machine.I would recommend that you buy more than one package of pads for the first usages around the house. When using this product go slowly back and forth it gets much more dirt when you do that. In a hurry make more time to clean you will see the difference. The machine shuts off after you unplug it .But the steam area is still hot and use precautions.

    Shipping cost

    The shipping cost is way to expensive for this item. Had this item before and loved it. If I could have found for a much more reasonable shipping cost I would have. Shop around for this steamer it is a good product recommend it but again not for the shipping cost

    Easy, fast steam cleaning!

    I had one before and the switch broke when it fell one day. I really missed it. I got some reusable pads for it. Steam is a good cleaner and there's no need for detergents. With the pads, there's no waste. That's why I love it.
