Lithinia Flourescent Wall Mount Fixture - Try it, you will like it.
I already had two of these on the front of my garage and wanted some more but they seemed to be unavailable anymore. I had searched long before choosing the original ones because I wanted lights that were efficient, about 60W equivalent, dusk-to-dawn, not ostentatious styling and 2700 to 3000°K color. The LEDs taking over the market are 4000 - 6000°K and garishly white. When HD ran out of stock I thought that was it. But now these are turning up on eBay at closeout prices. I must say that the illustrations of the "white" fixture do it an injustice. They look really tan in some of the photos but are actually just off-white. The lamp is a replaceable CFL. Further against the new LEDs - They don't all last ten years so keep your receipt and warranty papers. The LEDs themselves are long lived if they never get too hot, but the power supply that converts 120VAC to low voltage is likely to fail earlier.

Good Light
This light seems brighter than the original bent tube version even with the frosted lens. But be advised it takes a GU24 base bulb which is not as readily available. I bought adapters to take regular base bulbs. Also, do not try to use LEDs in them, must be CFLs.
