Good starter lens, but not value for money
This is a good starter lens if you're trying to learn photography. It has Autofocus, OSS, decent aperture and enough zoom for you to experiment with. A brand new piece will set you back about AUD 199 which is a bit steep for a kit lens. If you intend to dive deeper into the realm of photography, there are better options in the AUD 199-300 range which IMO are better value for money than this lens. That being said, if you can get this lens second-hand for cheaper (under AUD 100) I would recommend getting it as that to me seems more like the value of this lens.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good inexpensive lens.
