New Mitel factory sealed headset. There is not a higher grade than this. These wireless DECT headsets have very clear audio and can go a very long distance. Nice upgrade to my IP phone
This replaced a good lifter on my Mitel 5360 IP Phone. It certainly made the phone setup more compact, making much of the lifter's wires unnecessary.
