Not a touchscreen! But a good machine otherwise.
Despite the fact that this listing came up when I selected "Touchscreen" in the filters, and despite the fact that it specifically says "Touchscreen" in the Features section of the Item Specifics, this is NOT a touchscreen. I had some issues with getting it up and running, as well. I ended up having to do a full restore from the restore partition before it would work properly. It was incredibly slow, to the point where I was seriously wondering if it had the processor and memory claimed in the listing...but it does. Whoever did the reset to "factory default" operating system doesn't seem to have done it well, as it shouldn't be necessary to do a full format and restore before it works properly. Once I did the system restore, and downloaded and installed all the updates (which took the better part of a day, on wired broadband), it runs pretty well. It's not lightning-fast - would need to add an SSD and it would need a faster processor, it's good enough for light-to-medium word processing, facebook, etc. You're sure not going to play World of Warcraft on it! I can't speak to battery life, as it hasn't been left unplugged for any length of time just yet. The packaging was good - seemed to be factory original. No instructions or disks of any kind - all you get is the laptop and the power cord. The machine itself was pristine, no signs of wear or use of any kind. Overall, despite the issues, I'm pleased.

I am so happy with this computer - it has everything i need
Although this computer is a refurbished item - i cannot complain it is everything i need and has a large capacity storage with 8 gig ram - i researched forever and this computer is just as good as a new one - came with windows 10 installed - is fast and easy to use thank you!!

Great laptop
I like this laptop a lot I would suggest just going a little slow and letting it download all updates with patients first cuss I don't and it started freezing and being real slow ( I feel it was my fault) I did all updates and it runs like a top post said new and it is a great little machine.

This laptop is very good and have nothing to complaint about. At first I thought it was slow but it was only the updates. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a long battery life as I expected but still lasts about 1-2 hours
