This truly is "Magic Spray" !!
Have you ever felt so positive about something that telling people what you really thought was like preaching? I LOVE DeoxIT!!!!!!! I call it "my magic spray". Example: I bought a cheap chinese padlock for my front gate. It rusted up so quickly, I took to spraying it with silicon spray EVERY time after rain, else it took so much force to unlock it was risking bending the key. Enter DeoxIT. One spray, and it has been PERFECT for more than three years. Seriously!! I have linen cupboard doors with cheap plastic catches. It's near the bedroom and when opening or closing the doors, it makes squeeking noises so loud, it wakes people up. One spray with DeoxIT, and then a day of normal opening/closing to work it in and they are both silent! I bought new loppers for trimming bamboo. Some DeoxIT on a tissue, rub it onto the blades. A couple of drops into the mechanicals. And the huge bamboo removal project I have (>40 clumps!) I managed to knock over in a week. I thought it was going to take two months minimum. I use DeoxIT on computer parts, door hinges, inside internal combustion engines, and in electric motors. I spray the blades on my hair trimmers. The only downside I can see is that you need to be careful that you don't spray too much, as it isn't cheap like silicon spray. But you don't need much.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Didnt work for me.
I was reluctant to purchase Deoxit due to the cost. I bought some for a a job that my other products did not work on. My experience with Deoxit
Great product in affordable price.Thanks to this cleaner my car is running again (toyota Aurion 2008 - erratic gears changing and warning lights due to some corrosion on connectors. This is a genuinely effective means to treat metal fatigue. The only caveat I have with the new swingtip can is that the volume of spray can't be regulated as it could be with the previous model.
