Wow...Just WOW
I have owned several high end flat irons over the last decade and this one is AMAAZING. I didn't really believe the "one pass" business but it's true! I have super curly hair lots of it and this little flat iron turned my hair into soft silk in a single pass. What??! Also love the heat control. It does take longer to heat up than my other irons but that is a small price to pay for the kind of results it gets. If I could give it 10 stars, i would.

Smells like melting plastic when hot
The BioIonic One Pass I purchased smells like melting plastic each time I heat it. It has a Very strong smell even when not in use and unplugged. As if it's made from cheap plastic like a Knock Off- cheap imitation! I've contacted Payless and they have sent me to BioIonic. BioIonic will not warranty this product as Payless Beauty is not an authorized dealer. Payless Beauty won't stand behind the products they sell. I'm screwed. Be very careful before you buy!

As promised. Heats up fast. Glides smoothly. Never used one of these before, so I'm sure I will learn some tricks to the trade as I start to use it more regularly. I need to learn some "sectioning" tips. However, this device is easy to use.
