DO NO GET IF YOUR INTO BASS!!!!!!
I have been using my sony wired headphones for 2 years now and decided it was time to upgrade. I wanted a headset with lots of bass and heard about the sennhieser 458 bt headphones that apparently had lots of bass and the headset looked good quality to so I bought it. Unfortunately they had next to no bass compared to what my Sony’s produced and not just that. But whenever I wanted to listen to some loud music I just couldn’t because they had already maxed out in volume. Both of these are mandatory in my department! So if your a bass lover DO NOT get this headset. If you do you will be sorry I am. But when you add everything up their just worth it. But I would say that if you enjoy listening to low volume music and want some clarity in your music get these headphones. But other then that I would definitely stay away and look for a better pair. For example Sony the best audio brand out there they are unbeatable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Doesn’t work properly
ANC active noise cancelling isn’t working properly background noise is louder than my own voice or than people talking on the other side of the line Tried with the iphone and MacBook same issues Tried to update firmware via smart control iphone app. It fails with errors after reaching 100% Tried to unpair and pair again and install updates didnt work tried the process multiple times without luck Could be a bad batch bad firmware not sureVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good headphones but comfort leaves a lot to be desired
I bought these headphones to use on my daily commute and I can safely say I'm satisfied with my purchase. These are a good pair of headphones when on the go as they have a compact design, though they sacrifice sacrifice comfort to achieve this. The good: - Clear highs and mids - Sturdy and compact build (folding earcups are superb) - Long battery life (2 weeks going strong) The adequate: - Active noise cancelling does the job but don't expect it to silence everything, it struggles with lows - Earcups are somewhat small but fit regular size ears, YMMV The bad: - Disappointing low frequency response - Headband has very little cushioning and will become uncomfortable after about 2 hours of use I wouldn't consider myself very picky so I'm happy to put up with some discomfort right at the end of my trip (only takes a second to adjust and they're fine for another hour or two). If you're a bass head then look elsewhere, otherwise you'll be right. Oh and I'll be honest I couldn't really tell that these were refurbished, they're in pretty much factory new condition bar some very very minor marks on the ends of the headband at the Sennheiser logo.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
