There are three variable resistors mounted on the SO-239 board, one for each scale. As I didn't have a 1KW transmitter conveniently set up, I just corrected the 10 and 100 watt scale readings. I would not be surprised if the 1KW scale also will need a slight bump in its indicated reading.
