    Guardian parts do it all!

    The Guardian leak detectors work well, plus can automatically turn off your water valve when a leak has been detected, if you have purchased the Guardian valve controller. They also offer detector wires that can be plugged into the detectors so you can have it cover two areas within appx 3 ft ( so you can have it detect at a toilet and also in the adjacent sink pipe area.
