Its refractor-style optical tube has a respectable aperture that gathers the amount of light required to ensure views of the moon and planets remain bright and clear. 80mm aperture is ideal for lunar and planetary viewing as well as terrestrial use.
It is an easy tripod telescope 🔭 to mount and put it to work. Yet the I phone 📱 holder doesn’t stay in place correctly for it’s purpose. It continuously comes off focus. And there is not enough power to clearly see distant star ⭐️.
It’s a beautiful telescope to start into Astrophysics and Astrophotography, nice Quality to watch the Moon, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. But forget it if you want to see more far away. 🌌
But I can say it’s a very starter telescope.
Great for beginners and to look at certain stars! But I would highly recommend a heavy duty stand so that it doesn’t vibrate when looking through the lens. But otherwise it great
