Trackball bliss
Was getting a sore wrist with my mouse - I'm on a computer pretty much for about 10 odd hours daily (even went real posh with the Logitech MX Master - which I love but the soreness did not go) Thought I'd try the trackball & it is wonderful!! Kensinton Warranty
While the Kensington Trackball is a great device their warranty service stinks. Try getting on to their web page to apply for a replacement and you could be trying for hours. I filled in one page, was directed to another, filled in the other and was direct to the first. 25 times. They obviously do not want to honour their warranty's. Also this company does not supply spare parts. I had t buy a new Trackball because two bits of plastic value about 10 cents each broke. Fine except for the poor scroll ring
The overall design is good but it is negated by the poor quality of the scroll ring. The scroll ring doesn't move smoothly and it catches/hangs badly in several places. It's uncomfortable and annoying to use. Looking on the web I found this is a common complaint. It's either poorly designed or poor quality control.
