Poor design on the ice drop area. Not cold enough to keep ice from melting.
The problem with this ice maker is that the area where the ice is keep, Keeps melting.This area is not cold enough to keep the ice hard for very long. This area needs to be like a freezer to maintain the ice hardness. Because of this I rate this product poor. Please redesign the ice basket area for freezer coldness.
