Pre owned in good condition from smoke free environment. This is the core set and the expansion set. This is listed as incomplete as there is no master list of all items included they seller had. The parts inventory on the bottom of each kit seems to be mostly complete. There are 2 large tires and rims missing. However there are extra pieces for example there seem to be more wing pieces and more arms with the connector pieces. The power brick does turn on. It was checked with batteries which are not included. There is no DC 10v power cord included but the USB to PC cord is included. Seller is not a Lego person. Please ask questions or request additional information.

My 13 year old son loves it.
My 13 year old son loves it. Need a computer to program it. He learned to use it in school and has enjoyed learning more about robotics programing by having it at home.
