My hair was falling out daily in huge handfuls. I started using the Redken Extreme shampoo and conditioner and this anti snap leave in conditioner. After only 2 uses, my hair loss had returned to a normal amount each day. Great product - smells lovely and although it is not cheap, you don't use a lot so it lasts a long time.
