Brilliant! I'm so grateful to have this essential tool in my kitchen.
I'm so happy to have found the Kyocera Knife Sharpener RS-20-FP again! It actually does what it's supposed to do! I have one from many years ago that still works extremely well, but have always been on the lookout for another as a backup, and to give to my children. It's super easy and safe to use because you can see-saw a knife backwards and forwards rather than just in one direction so you don't have to lift the blade out until you've finished. It's never damaged a knife or left any marks on the blade. If you want, you can periodically clean it by simply lifting the clear cover off. In the words of my daughter-in-law after first using the one I gave her - it's brilliant!
