Amazing piece of kit for home or small office.
Well built, easy to set up, excellent print quality and colour presentations including photographs look very good, even though this is not a true picture quality printer. You will perhaps need to experiment with selecting the lighter shades of palette colours for text backgrounds, but overall an amazing piece of kit for home or small office with sufficiently small footprint to fit on a desk that will enhance the material you wish to present. Does not print manual duplex as stated in documentation
Whilst this printer is fairly simple to set up and use, is good value and produces good quality printing, it should be noted that at the time I ordered, all Brother's documentation for this printer stated that it is capable of manual duplex printing - including the manual which gave detailed instructions on how to configure this model specifically to do it. As I was to discover throughout several phone calls with a technician a Brother who tested a similar printer with his colleagues, this is not true. I was informed that all online documentation would be changed, whether or not this will happen, who knows? But if you, as I did, read on Brother's website or in some documentation that the printer was capable of manual duplex printing and are thinking of buying it expecting it to do so, don't.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Always needed a laser colour printer
