Wish it had an inbuilt heating element for the water
Main unit has strong pulse - but you need to fill with WARM water as no inbuilt heating and using cold water will hurt your teeth and gum. Unit is a little on the loud side. This is excellent value for money, two machines for not much more than one. It arrived just days before my already scheduled dentist appointment. He said he could already tell the difference. The Ulltra has a big enough tank to do a good job without having to stop and refill. It's also small enough to fit in most bathrooms. The best way to floss your teeth and have a really clean mouth.
I used to use dental floss, and it would regularly break in trying to remove food from between my teeth, and a mate had bought one a couple of years back and raved about it. I was amazed at what a wonderful job it actually did. The amount of food particles that I get out of my teeth is amazing, even jammed in items that were almost impossible to remove by normal flossing methods. It is also so gentle.
