Love it!
This is a fantastic BBQ, the probes truly take the guesswork out of roasting. We roasted 2 chickens for Christmas lunch (using the Weber trivet), they were cooked to perfection and it didn’t take any extra time having two. Even my sceptic guests were raving. I will bbq more often now that it’s so easy.

Does not reach temperature as advertised!
Temperature when cooking does not go past 245c -250c the temperature is supposed to reach 315c, it struggles to reach 240c how is it supposed to reach 315c! Ridiculous!
