So glad I found a unit I could be around without getting burned!!!
Second one I have bought, different brands. The first I sent back due to the fact that the outside was so hot during operation you that any place you touched the unit you were burned, This unit can be touched any where on the front or sides and not feel heat. The only warm place is on the back where the air exits the unit. Works very well, 2 shelves, rotisserie. and works as a dehydrator. I used this oven once, it is easy to use and cooked my baked potato perfectly, but at the end of cooking it made a very loud clanging noise that sounded like metal parts grinding. I called the manufacturer and they said that it shouldn't make that noise and said I should return it.
