Newbury Comics’ black inside transparent blue pressing of Elliott Smith’s From a Basement on a Hill, from an edition of 500. This is new and sealed, the sleeve is mint, and I assume the vinyl is too, but I cannot confirm that since it’s still sealed.

NotesElliott had been working on the record at the time of his death. Elliott's family hired producer Rob Schanpf (Either/Or, XO, Figure 8) and Joanna Bolme to mix and produce the album. From a Basement on the Hill was originally released on October 19, 2004 on ANTIRecords and is now proudly re-issued by Kill Rock Stars-now home of all of Elliott's indie releases.
One corner of outside sleeve is bent inward but is perfectly fine with me as it’s not something I would sell in the future. Rest of item is in Mint condition.
the day i don't rate an elliott smith album 5 stars is the day my consciousness is truly lost to the void. & that day cannot come bc now i have this. if you listen once, prepare to join the cult.
(if only Stickman had made it onto the record.. sigh.. look up "Grand Mal Studio Rarities" for the songs not included)
