Escape key and Function keys don't work
Product worked fine for two days before it suddenly completely broke down. Pressing the FN key causes F11 to activate and the tab key to be spammed until pressed, and none of the function keys (F1~F12), and worst of all the escape key also doesn't work at all. Pressing the FN key does not allow you to use any of the function keys or the shortcuts it normally would allow you to use. I've not seen anything similar to this online and have troubleshooted for hours trying countless different ways to fix it with no progress.
