Love it!
Been using magnets for years to remove the chips and swarf from my mill and lathe. But one has to wear gloves to remove the debris from the magnet and some of that stuff is so sharp it goes right through leather gloves. Now I just sweep the stuff up, take it to the trash can, disengage the magnet and the chips just fall off into the can. If you do any milling, drilling or turning you need one of these.

While this magnet picks up small shavings the magnet is not as strong as it should be. The more it picks up the heavier pieces start to fall off. The magnet should be strong enough to magnetize the entire shank not just close to the end.
