Product Information
In the near future, a monstrous solar flare will mutate most of the Earth's population into flesh eating zombies. The ones who don't mutate will escape to cities built in the sky leaving the zombies to roam the empty cities and towns searching for fresh meat.

However, not all the "normal" people are content to live in the sky. For some, the challenge and danger of the Earth below is too much, too enticing. So a small group of people secretly constructed racetracks in various locations throughout the world. Every day they descend to the planet below to race.

But this isn't NASCAR. There's no winner's circle, no prize money, and no worldwide glory. The cars have been converted into weapons of mass destruction. Sure there is a racetrack but no one stays in the lanes. The object of the race is not just to win. You must destroy your opponents, turning their cars into twisted wrecks. And as for the drivers, leave them to the zombies.

In Carmageddon by Titus and Interplay, you start off with a car called Eagle and can choose from any three races. Then as you hopefully win, other tracks and cars will be made available to you. There are three ways to win each race; complete all the laps, destroy all the other cars or turn all the zombies to goo.

Experience 40 different tracks spread throughout ten areas. Each area has secret places like sewer pipes, underwater places, and more. As you progress, 20 different cars, each with special features, will become available to you. And if that's not enough, all around the different places are power ups so you can really do some damage.

Finish all ten areas and you'll get the ultimate prize! But that's not all. Link up and go head-to-head with a friend to experience some friendly competition.

The future is an ugly place. So you better buckle up and get ready to ride for your life.Product Identifiers
