Instrumentals, don't know why the title is Fingerprints.
Larry Carlton is just an awesome musican, perfection at it's best whether it's his album,tv theme songs, jingles,or someone else's album. He don't play NO junk parts, flawless, just what the song needs, everytime. Instrumental albums require a lot of good licks with no vocals taking space, not many can keep it interesting thru 10 or 12 songs. His latest album doesn't sound like the last one. Sometimes it's nice to break from albums with vocals, nice change.I don't think he could make a bad or boring album.
I have a lot of Larry Carlton CD's and this is the best one yet. It was recorded with great sonics and very clean. His playing is at his highest level. This is one of those CD's that all tracks are a joy to listen to. Highly recommended.
