Continental needs to improve quality control
I ordered these 700/28 tires for my road bike to replace my 700/25's so as to get a better ride on rough roads. 25's are Continental Gran Prix 4000's and the 28's are Continental Gran Prix 5000's. Great grip
When compared to their predecessors (4000) the tires are a little more grippy. The 28c is smaller than the 4000 in a 25c. Also, they were so hard to mount! Once the items are on they’re great. I’d buy them again, but will likely go even bigger than the 28c.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
