Fun, Exciting, Sexy, Entertaining Adventure with Jake & Gemma who make a good couple!
I LOVE this movie! Its old fashioned entertainment with wholesome sweet values, corny yet exciting adventures for the leads, handsome actors and lovely actresses, fun stunts, cool special effects and classic Disney Fairy Tale storytelling. Its an old school modern classic based on retro video game problem solving and kick butt Biblical retribution for the villians who have it coming. SPOILER ALERT! Even better, any Death or Loss gets to magically be conquered by True Love and Heroic Sacrifice so you end the film feeling happy, safe, secure with the Belief that GOOD Triumphs Over EVIL, even if sometimes you make a few mistakes in judgements and trust the wrong people. Its actually pretty hardcore if you think about it. But the film is so silly, fast and fun that you don't get bogged down in the moral of the story unless you are thoughtful and think about it later which I did. That's why I bought the DVD cause this little B-movie never got any respect or love when it hit theaters and it doesn't get much play on any streaming service. If you want to have a great movie night with friends, family, kids, a date or to treat yourself (like I did)- give this film a chance.
