The mirror was in good shape other than ...
The mirror was in good shape other than the spring steel attachment clip was spread and caused the mirror to be loose. I was able to exchange the clip from my existing mirror and all is well.

I was able to find wiring diagrams on line to match colors correctly which are different on provided mirror and original. All worked out fine.
