British chef Jamie Oliver is well-known across the globe for his chirpy personality, and refreshing approach to the art of cookery. Known Stateside for his show OLIVER'S TWIST, and in Britain for THE NAKED CHEF, Oliver doesn't treat cooking as an exact science, and instead has fun while concocting some delicious creations. Here, he takes a different approach to his previous televisual adventures, taking a variety of unemployed 16 to 24-year-olds, and attempting to train them in his new restaurant. His prot�g�'s lack any formal qualifications, but this is of little importance to Oliver, who believes it is only necessary that they have a passion for food.
