It's a nice, lightweight moisturising cream and a small amount goes a very long way. My skin seems to dislike a lot of others as their thick, oily consistency causes breakouts. This hasn't and has helped to clear up some allergy rashes. The smell of it is not overly pleasant, but it isn't too bad either.
