Looks good but does nothing
The Thermaltake Massive 20 RGB up to 19" Notebook Cooler 200mm fan was the best choice to cool down my new MSI GT76 Titan 10sgs i9-10900k - Nivdia RTX 2080s. The cooler itself looks good but does nothing. I bought this item premium priced because of the name brand "Thermaltake" and the fact this company make's exclusive products for cooling computer systems. I turned this device/fan on and it did nothing and I couldn't even feel the force of air it's suppose to produce from a huge 200mm fan. As for the quality of the laptop/notebook cooler, YES! it looks good that is why I bought it but for practicality and the purpose its built for to cool down laptops/Notebook well is fails in that category. You also have to forfiet 2 USB ports to run the cooler which can be a problem for some who are regulated on how many USB ports they have.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cooling
Fan is audible but it does a great job of cooling my laptop down, mine was running very hot before now it's barely warm - the only drawback is that it is powered by 2 x USBs not just one, so that can be a problem depending on your lappy. You can change the colours on the lights and you can turn the lights off too, which is a good thing. Overall I recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
