    An OEM quality replacement at an aftermarket price

    The HP 65 Black Ink Cartridge performs as I would expect a good quality OEM ink cartridge to perform. It arrived in its original factory sealed packaging and appeared to be of good quality on initial inspection. The cartridge was easily installed in my HP DeskJet 2652 Printer and has been performing flawlessly since. Assuming that it continues to perform well and has a reasonable service life, I will buy another HP 65 when it becomes necessary to replace the current one.

    I want new cartridges.

    Cartridges installed on Mach 18th. Today April 24th. Black ink ran out today. Color ink at less than 10%. This is a second printer and it is mot used that much. Printer shows a problem with the cartridges and will not allow us to print. This printer is used to print addresses and we probably printed only 5-8 full pages.

    HP is my friend again.

    These cartridges are reasonably priced and does a decent amount of printing. I am very satisfied with it so far. I’ve recently switched back to HP after moving to another popular brand for a few years. However, this other product is gorging consumers by sending firmwares to printers preventing users from getting the full use of their cartridges. I would very much recommend this.

    Beware of the HP Ink Service

    HP printers are pretty good, but one thing about them, is the fact that you MUST buy the original hp ink cartridges only, and not the generic because the cheap ones will ruin your entire device, in most cases. Also, do not join the hp Instant Ink program; it seems like a bargain at first, but the service WILL eventually stop operating correctly, and the hp tech support will ''insist'' that the only way to cure the problem is via 'remote session,' which is when you grant them full access to your PC (your PC control is temporarily terminated, and they navigate the mouse and use the cursor to make choices for you, within your inner PC). Everyone knows not to give out their password for security purposes, and for those same reasons, you should NEVER grant remote access of your PC to anyone. Sure, the session will end shortly, but the only indication you have that the connection has been terminated, is the fact that the hp tech told you that it was. And you have no certainty that your personal computer (history, passwords etc.) was not compromised during the alleged 'session.' ...Oh, and if you should venture to question the tech about alternative methods to cure the system problem, the rep's spoken English declines from nearly impeccable, to barely comprehensible, instantly.

    Product may not be better than sliced bread, it is, however, printer ink in cartridge. When it works, most of us are pleased. I did notice the size of the cartridge and the amount of ink within is less than replacement cartridges of a short time ago. Aside from obvious changes, the products work, (in my DeskJet printer at least ), well. I'll quickly get used to replacing cartridges more often in favor of a fair price for those smaller ink cartridges. Delivery and price point ere exceptional and I would hop this store again. A+++
