It does what it says on the box, however there are a few issues
Camera works and Pan and Tilt work too. It does what it says on the box, however there are a few issues - The setup does not work with the network with the network cable connected, you have to do it on wireless first. - The picture quality is no where near 1080, it looks to be 480 that has been scaled up to 1080. Still good enough for a camera, but not a true 1080 sensor. - There is no port forwarding needed to setup this camera. It's a good thing for quick setup, however there is no network security over the video. You should configure your router firewall to limit the IP ranges it can communicate with. Misleading Operation.
Biggest failure here with this product, is that it will not work at all unless it maintains a permanent internet connection. When connected to internet full time it appears to function well, however, disconnect your computer network, or cut the internet connection to outside world and the camera stops working dead in its tracks. If paying for internet time it will chew up data 24 hours a day. Basically useless for good home security if it needs internet and or cloud connection to work at all. Lose the connection and lose your security. If you don't mind this inconvenience then by all means grab one or a few of these cameras. Bear in mind, when operating from a mobile phone, the app has to be on and working full time and sending information to the "Cloud" which you also have to pay for separately while running from a mobile phone. Personally I prefer a local setup and local recording facility way above this type of Pseudo arrangement which sends your data and information out to the cloud for anyone with access to view without your knowledge. Local control and recording is far better than Cloud control and recording in my view.Misleading Operationa If running from a computer, the camera will not provide intermittent record on movement, it will only do so if internet connected and then this data goes to the cloud, not locally. and to view, it has to be viewed from the cloud.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Does what it says
I bought this camera to have under the house to watch my dog while I'm out, to make sure she doesn't escape. I have mounted it to the ceiling and use an extension cord to plug it in. It's great for that purpose - I'm able to watch the live video to check on her when I want and go back to see what she's been up to. Pros: easy to set up, easy to use, does what it says. Poor quality camera
This camera was advertised as being 1080p, It was written everywhere in the product description page, but after receiving and testing it, found out it would only record at 720p.
