  • Great quality, do consider amount of kerosine to run for cold climates.

They do use an awsful lot of kerosine! I use it for about 5 hours/night and it probably uses 8L week, which is $36/week. Very portable, very minimal kerosine smell and creates a lovely warm space to sit cosy during cold nights. I am happy with my purchase as will only use a few months of the year. If I lived in a colder climate I would find something with less expensive fuel, perhaps try the diesel caravan heater or something like that if it was going to run for longer duration in the year. Nice little unit though.

  • Opinion

Very efficient and pushes out lots of BTU's! A little odor on lighting and extinguishing but other than that runs very clean. Much easier to operate than the old models of the 60's! I have a large open plan area and it warms the whole area very well - also I live in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney, NSW. where the winters can be very cold. I'm very happy! Heater arrived earlier than the ETA and was in excellent packaged condition.

  • Great value

The heater I was using was only making my legs warm and was costing me significantly (too much) in electricity bills. The Corona kerosine Heater (no electricity required) heats up the whole room and I feel comfortable and relaxed when using it. It is a good investment and will most certainly recommend it to family and friends.

  • Does the Job

This is a great heater, I was concerned about the smell but if you dry burn the wick like it says and keep it clean around where the wick sits I get no smell from it. I use the heater in the loungeroom and it warms it up quickly, I can get 3-4 nights of heating from a tank, very satisfied with this product.

  • It will be used at Easter time on mountains holidays.

High quality & well assembled. All control mechanism well lubricated for long service life. Did not tested yet - too hot now.

  • HEAPS of GRUNT

i was quite surprised how much Grunt this heater has.. i only had it on 3/4 on the dial for 1 1/2 hrs and had to turn it down to less than 1/2 power. and opened 2 windows cause to hot.. only wearing a pair of shorts.. nice and cozy

  • Well made

I am using the heater in a large partly open area so i put a small fan behind the heater and it works very well. Fan forced kero heater. Costs about $1 an hr to run. It would heat a closed off area easily.
