Very Good Computer Protection
Norton will always be the forebearer of excellence in anti-virus software, their technologies are simply tough to beat. The set-up is easy, their threat vigilance is amazing. The anti-spam portion of this suite is largely ineffective, the user does most, if not all of the work in spam detection. The program should be more automated, Norton would be wise to invest in a good anti-spam program like Spam Bully and incorporate it into Norton 360. Norton is top-notch, but not using 'their' renewal process is eh...
Norton rarely has competitive prices for renewals, so I usually go on to ebay like I did this time. The renewal process on the Norton site is a bit awkward if you have a product code, but do-able on my PC. For my other devices (Android Tablets and iPhone) it was kind of cumbersome. I have used Norton for many years and it has always protected me. If I have a problem, customer service is always there to help. It is only a phone call away and it is fast. Love the product and always have. However to add another year on my existing subscription I had to CHAT with Norton Tech support to add the 365 days. Wasn't a big deal but it would have been nice to say RENEW and put in the new product key and the days automatically added. Would have also been n ice for them to explain that on their web site. It would not upload on my computer and devices. I called for technical help and was helped to find the problem. But result was the technician said I had a worm In all my system. He offered to fix it at a high price. I refused. I was disappointed with the outcome and the additional help. So I’m didn’t use the product after that.
