I love all the features! Cordless, charging station, great sliding plates no snags! Doesn’t burn your hair. But it is definitely on the heavier side. So beware if your a stylist, might hurt to use all day. Great results, my hair was straight but still had body!

Dyson flat iron isn’t all I thought it would be
I was expecting over the top performance from this expensive iron but either the iron isn’t working up to par or it’s just not all it’s hyped up to be it doesn’t glide through with smoothness it feels like it catches and i runs my hair rough as I pill my hair through it takes a couple of passes to be straightened and the battery runs low before a full head can be flattened . I’m very disappointed with my purchase I tried to return it but the lady I bought it from didn’t offer returns but she gave me a credit of $150. Instead of paying near $500 I payed near $400 for a dud .

Absolutely love this for my very thick long frizzy/wavy hair. I can make beautiful beachy waves or flat iron it stick straight. I threw away my 7 other flat irons and curling irons.

Easy to use and does the job.
After first use I noticed my hair did not feel so hot afterward and looked healthier. I am mixed with Asian and Black and have spiral curly hair. Works well to straighten. Tried to see if I could do a loose curl as well but ended up being more like a flip on ends. Nice that it is cordless but does feel slightly heavier than a corded straightener. Has only three temperature settings.

Amazing product!
For someone who has issues with frizz and coarseness like me, it completely changes the texture of your hair, let alone it has and shifting edge that makes the end look like it was blow dried with a round brush and not stick straight. This product is amazing !!!!
