Master builder
This was a Christmas present for my almost 18 year old grandson. He has been making these since he was around 7. He would make the models as soon as he got them. Every year they got bigger and bigger. They sit on specially made shelves in his bedroom. He was so excited to get the xwing fighter. All his Legos have been from the Star Wars collection. Vintage xwing never loses its charm
Really like the classic look of this x-wing. I see it as an earlier model in a series of x-wings (like how car models change every few years). As the manufacturer made slight improvements per rebel alliance recommendations.
