Documentation lacking
I purchased two of these units for deployment in different WiFi LAN location. One worked fine, with quick and easy setup and no problems controlling the switch from outside the LAN (eg: via 3G/4G). I struggled to install the other - but eventually got it working on the LAN. However, I cannot control it from outside the LAN - and I suspect that this is due to a routing/port forwarding problem. The documentation on how to address such problems is sadly lacking - for example, there's no (documented) way to assign a fixed IP address, and no documentation on the port used - so its not possible to set up a port forwarding rule in the router to enable external access. I suspect the 2nd unit is OK - but with no external access its largely useless.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
