Not a true IP camera
First let me start out with some positives. These cameras seem to be solid and well made. Answers to my questions to tech support were prompt and accurate, and my return was handled promptly/ The negatives: to me, a true IP camera will allow me to configure it and not chain me to an app on a tiny screen phone. I need to statically set the IP address of each of my cameras and the UDP ports that they listen on manually and then feed them to my web sites and allow Blue Iris to manage them as it does all my other cameras. This is not possible with these cameras nor is it possible for Blink cameras. Also I fully charged the cameras before using them as per the manual but they died in less than 2 days, they did not have the 5-6 day life as claimed. It was raining with little sun those 2 days but they claim they will last 5-6 days with no sun. That by itself would not have been a big problem for me as I have lots of 6" 12vdc panels around.that I could have easily wired into the charging port on these cameras, but not being able to configure their ports and IP addresses was a deal-breaker for me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Easy setup
No problem setting up. I made sure my WiFi was 2.4 first. You have to change it manually to pan/angle , wish you could pan on phone app,otherwise it seems to work fine outside. App also works on my iPad. Seems very sturdy built.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
