    One disc works and one disc doesn't

    The Peter Pan movie disc has a flaw in it somewhere. Once you get the dvd player to read the disc it is not a clear picture at all.So haven't been able to watch it. The bonus disc work well.

    The Peter Pan DVD that I ordered claimed to be "in excellent condition." It absolutely was! In fact, although the DVD case wasn't sealed in plastic like new DVDs are, it looked, played, and sounded like brand new. My two-year old grandson obviously loved Peter Pan - he was glued to the TV for the entire movie. You can't go wrong with a Disney production. This purchase was definitely worth the money!

    Disney Film Classics are a Treasure

    So many times have their been "remakes" & "covers" in the film and music industry. Rarely are they reflective of the original genius and masterful presentation they offered. It's so easy for kids to be confused and disinterested due to the onslaught and temptation to reintroduce a body of work simply for the money generated off of the success of the original. This timeless classic has probably been forgotten and exploited heavily by the release of several versions that have hit the screen...... what a "crock"! I'll take the originals any day.... Kids have to have a foundation in the story and characters in order to understand and appreciate the story. Technology is a great thing, but when it devalues and decimates the "masters" then it's used in a shameful manner. Even Disney (today) has no conscience when it comes to how they value their treasure of classics...... Our kids are the ultimate "losers" when this is the protocol. Hang in there, Peter Pan, and all of your classic characters in this film and others!
