    Great price to performance ratio

    Honestly this drive isn't too bad for the low price. Kingston's a reliable brand I've used for both consumer and enterprise purposes. It may not be as fast as some other solid state disks on the market, however for the price you really cannot get a better performance with the same capacity. The drive maintains a cool 36C temperature and performs as it should, 200MB/s+. If you're looking for a good solid state disk, then fret not, for buying Kingston is always a great option!

    Awesome product!

    Excellent value, for a name brand ssd. Works very well, got it to speed up an old garage laptop. Bottleneck was the hdd, it would crawl down into the 50 Mbps transfer rates both dirsctions. This one was saturating the sata I think at 500 Mbps. Not bad for less than 20 bucks...

    Great SSD, quiet and fast

    the SSD drive needs to be formatted and partitioned via the win10 Disk Management tool. only took a few minutes to get it ready to load. I loaded win10 to it in amazing time. nice and quiet and doesn't produce much heat. fit perfectly in my 2017 laptop. I looked at Kingston's web page for Registration , but I don't think they have that. Probably the worst part of this is getting it out of it's plastic retail shell it's packaged in.

    Faster SSD to replace standard laptop HD

    This SSD is a perfect replacement for the standard HD in most laptops. As SSD are faster than standard drives this is one way to get better performace out of an older laptop. The difference in performanace is clearly noticeable and welcomed.

    Fast for cheap

    Bought this as a boot drive for my slow mac mini, not slow anymore. I was expecting a improvement but wow, even with a 1.4 ghz 2 core I-5 and 4gb of ram its faaast. It’s like ram and processor didn’t matter anymore. I know that’s not true but for 30$ nothing could make that thing this fast.

    Great SSD for the price

    If you're looking to speed up an older PC that has a hard disk drive then this is a great, cheaper solution. It's not going to be the very fastest SSD on the market but the speed difference is marginal at best anyways. Super simple to set up, way faster boot and app response times in windows and you don't have to worry about it failing in the next couple years like HDD's are guaranteed to do. Highly recommend this as a HDD replacement!
