Fantastic fun for 2 or more
It’s exactly as the picture, except the poles are thinner than we had hoped and it’s still a bit wonky when put together. The poles on the inside are made of plastic not wood. Very weak materials
Shipping was extremely fast, but the product itself is terrible. The instructions are the worst of any product I've bought, and the material is so weak that if you tighten it just a tiny bit too much it snaps the 'wood'. Good device, terrible instructions - low quality copying on fine lines isn't a good combo, and some of it had worn off anyway. It's got a parts list (good) but that appears to be for a shorter version of this, therefore the parts list is wrong (bad). It's not hard to construct it if you lay out the parts carefully and use the picture and the instructions together, but it would be so easy to make this actually useful.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

very decent product, just a little bit difficult to put together if you have a smooth brain like me

Entertaining for your cat
Happy with size and product and especially happy with deliver time. Only negative is the top 3 triangular shaped pieces are too small for an adult cat. They look bigger in picture. Only a kitten would fit. I will have to modify which is a shame. Please design for adult cats to enjoy.

The item was delivered in a timely manner. It took a little while to assemble it, but it was worth it. Our two cats have been enjoying it very much. Not bad for the price.
The boxes pictured on the scratcher are actually material stretched over a frame so I doubt it will last long with big fat cats stretching the elastic that holds it together. Otherwise it's a good scratcher easy to assemble.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Value - ideal for kitties not cats.
Very vague instructions. You can work it out but some pieces are supposed to be used in a certain way to avoid stress points and this is not shown. Cubbies are soft tents not solid as they appear in the pic. This does not detract from it's use just misleading. Platforms and cubbies would suit younger, smaller or lighter cats.
