Well made - needs glans cup improvements to be properly comfortable for regular use. Hose system should be included.
While this is a step or two better than the noose/strap type of extender - it is not so comfortable to wear - especially for long duration (more than 3-4 hours). The Glans cup seems to be too small (especially if your glans is on the larger side) - and if the split adapters are used it can be quite painful. Penimaster Pro would have done well to supply 3 Glans cup sizes as does Phallosan Forte - instead of half doing the job and not doing it very well with split adapters. The "hose system" should be a standard part of the Complete System. The hand pump bulb is of little or no use - and thus the hose is a necessary item. Will take some getting used to the idea of using the device, and finding a routine where implementing it is doable. Only negative thing I can say regard the instructional dvd would not play on PS4 and spare parts are ordered from Germany and take nearly a month to arrive. With that out of the way, had to stop using for 24 days for spare parts to arrive and the gains did not vanish. Logging hours with the unit is key to evaluating your progress and motivating you to continue using, so far i'm 250 hours in and gained over a half inch. Manufacturer recommends 8hrs a day for prime results, with roughly 15 minute breaks every hour and half to restore blood flow and allow optimal lengthening. Would strongly advise people to follow that or your member will be cold from lack of blood and gains will be minimal, I made this same mistake at first thinking less is more.. weekends are a prime time for me to use the device, while weekdays I use it less... My sessions go from 4hrs-8hrs depending on the day of the week, but it has been manageable. Allow yourself a weekend to get used to the application of the device and it will be a breeze. Difficult at first
I will say this, I have yet to use the hose line so far but everyone says it's easier then the ball pump. It's still kinda hard for me to get to learn but it's important that if u use the ball, you squeeze ball before you put on valve that's sealed and after you turn the ball, you slowly release it while sliding your head into the holder. It will suck it up and create a suction. Took me forever to figure this out alone as I was trying to squeeze in there and it was a nightmare lol.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
