Great time saver
This is the best buy by far. I've had smaller, different style urns, bit this one is, by dar, the best one. It holds much more water, has a adjustable thermostat and an easy to use spigot. Didn't last as long as I thought it would - got what i paid for.
Expected this urn to last longer than it did. We only used it for morning tea after church for about 30 cups each Sunday and it didn't last a year. The only thing that needs to change is the maximum fill line, I filled it up to the recommended maximum fill line but when it boiled it splashed over the lid and all over the bench and didn't turn off, so the next time I didn't fill it as high and it worked greatVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
