You have to pick it up yourself. But it's ok because the people are very nice. For right handed electric guitars that have a strap, it only really works if you make the guitars face left. If you take the strap off the bottom then you can make your guitars face right. Bass guitars fit nicely too! Longscale and shortscale. Every guitar fits! Expected a pack. A simple stand to have everything complete. A simple check would of made sure all parts were there. Missing limbs and bolts.
