It's Better can be Best...
This is galvanized and it will corrode when in contact with cu treated wet wood. I use a trim vinyl sheet to separate the metal from the treated wood and apply a stain sealer/paint to all surfaces of wood and metal. An extra bit of work to keep the metal and wood dry will result in long life.
